Shipping

The Asthma Australia Shop partners with Bird Healthcare to send our products. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details from Bird Healthcare or direct from the supplier once your purchases have been sent.

Shipping costs

We use Australia Post and other express carriers for all our shipping. Postage is calculated based on order size. Minimum postage cost is $15 per order.

The postage price may increase for larger items or bulk orders, and order quantities may be limited.

We do not offer express shipping or international shipping at this time.

Our White Magic products are sent directly from the supplier and are subject to their dispatch and shipping times. White Magic products have a flat shipping fee.

Once paid, orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, and delivery is subject to Australia Post delivery times which are approximately 2-8 business days.
