Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How much do you charge for postage? We use Australia Post and other express carriers for all our shipping. Postage is calculated based on order size. Minimum postage cost is $15 per order. Price may increase for larger items or bulk orders. We do not offer express shipping or international shipping at this time.
How long does it take to ship my order? We use Australia Post and other express carriers for all our shipping. Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days and delivered in approximately 2-8 business days. If you have questions about your order please email: sales@birdhealthcare.com
Prices and GST All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Returns and Refunds If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, if the product is returned to us unopened and in the original packaging we will process a refund.

Return postage is payable by the customer.

The refund will only be processed upon receipt of the product in good order.
Shipping

We offer standard shipping within Australia via Australia Post and other express carriers for all our shipping. 

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days and delivered in approximately 2-8 business days.

An email will be sent with tracking details once the order has been dispatched. You will receive the dispatch confirmation email from our logistics partner, Bird Healthcare or direct from the supplier.

Some items are sent directly from a supplier including White Magic products and are subject to their dispatch and shipping times.

Please note White Magic products have a flat shipping fee.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How can I pay? The fastest way to receive your order is to pay by credit or debit card. If you pay by direct deposit your order will only be dispatched upon confirmation of payment. 
How do I pay by bank deposit or using a purchase order/invoice? At the checkout you can select to pay via bank deposit. An invoice will be emailed to you with payment details. Reply to that email with your proof of payment and purchase order, if you need the purchase order number on your invoice. Your order only will be dispatched upon confirmation of payment.
